failed wallpaper

i got out of bed in the middle of the night yesterday around 2:00 to make this desktop wallpaper.

i just had an urge to get up to make this to motivate myself in life.

however, when i used it as my desktop wallpaper i noticed the black font and white space gave me a headache.

"nothing ventured, nothing gained."

so it's finally out. this was what i needed the scanner for.

do you ever feel like you're getting no where with love? just running around in circles, getting no where, landing punches thrown under water - futile. being right back where you started from.
i usually let my readers interpret my stuff by themselves, but the exhausting and frustrating dance of love was my inspiration for this one.

i have more in the works, be on the look out for them.
i hope i get them out in a timely manner.

mushroom candy

i got this as a present. pretty kick ass.

it's filled with little sour mushroom shaped candies. i was saddened to discover these didn't get me to grow twice my size for a limited time as a certain video game had proved to me so many times. but the candies weren't that bad, especially since novelty candy most often don't.

i went to mitsuwa last night and bought nothing but snacks and candy. =T

i bought some puccho, kel wrote blueberry was good so i thought i'd try it, i also bought peach flavored.

i couldn't help but but these pretz. the name sold me. sure it's not beer flavored. but beer pretz (spicy chicken) sounds so tempting. i can't wait to have it with some beer.

this is one of my favorites. it's just gummy candy, but they have tons of flavors and eat flavor is very good in it's own way. i can't japanese but that 100% on the bag should be for satisfaction! i couldn't decide on a favor so i bought their mixed flavor bag.

i grew up on these baked shrimp flavored chips, but those chinese supermarkets we'd used to get them from only had the shrimp ones as i recalled. i could be wrong it was rare to seen any other flavors. hot garlic sounded too good to pass up, so into the cart it went.

i was perusing the aisles and spotted this. NOS energy drink. hahaha. "high performance energy drink" awesome! looks like a NOS tank too with a valve shaped cap. i didn't buy it but sure has novelty value.

i saw this at target the other day and couldn't resist snapping a pic of it.
it's a pretty creative set up, having the display looking as though he's eating the candy.

i had crabs

went to redondo beach yesterday and had some yummy oysters and sweet sweet crab. mmm none of that "boiling crab" cajun crab for me. straight up boiled, unplugged. that and beer. i wish i had some now.
