i decided to go black and white with the pics for the night. after half a year of owning this camera i'm still learning how to use it. last night i was playing around the the iso and exposure settings.
the night started off at in gendale at a brazilian all-you-can -eat churrascaria called gauchos village. they had carvers come around to your table with different meats on skewers until you turn the sign over to tell them to stop. there was soooooooooooooooo much meat. overall good eats but the meat could have been a little more tender.
then it was off to the edison bar. it's a themed bar that's kinda hidden in downtown la. i'm totally diggin' this bar. it's decor is amazing, it's themed after the early 1990s and lot of the decorations and props were from the original private power plant. all the people working there were dressed in costume and even the doormen were dressed sharply topping off fedoras. it's pretty swanky with a strict dress code. i personally like that, it puts the bar at another level.
ummmmmm i uploaded the photos on facebook so you can check them out there too. if not you can see them here but i uploaded these to photobucket and used their generate hmtl option, but the problem with uploading from photobucket is that they take them in reverse, and i'm too lazy to go in and move them around. so here's last night like the movie "memento"
