i've been buying vinyls on ebay, and i'm not proud of it. i've been good and i haven't bought some in a while. this time i got some pretty neat vinyls for probably cheaper that retail, and i got to pick what i wanted instead of throwing my money away on blind boxes chasing the ones i wanted. sure it takes the fun out of it, but it's easier on the wallet. plus i'm not going to comicCon this year so i've spent exponentially less on ebay than what i would have at comicCon. that's my justification for these.

the one on the right "mad agent" by huck gee from the dunny - series 5. it comes with cool accessories like the fedora, a secret file, and a magnifying glass or hand lens. the magnifying glass actually magnifies! i didn't notice at first, but the brown part of the vinyl on the head of the character is actually apart of the trench coat. it's suppose to look like a shadowed face with his collar up.
the one on the left is pretty rad. it's a fatcap from series 2. a fatcap vinyl is named after a type of cap graffiti artists switch out for on their spray cans when they desire a certain result.

the fatcap vinyl is essentially a dunny/munny body with a fat cap stuck on on as the head. going with the spray paint theme is the graffiti design on the vinyl. there's even a pea (the thing that makes the noise when you shake a spray can) in it, and comes with arrows for the figure to hold which is what some graffiti artists use to begin and end their designs when tagging words or names.

like so.

these guys were sold in a pair and they were a steal. they're both from the "ye old english" dunny series. the one on the left is "rainy london" by triclops and the one on the right is by peskimo." i really dig the rainy london because of the clear head. then there's the dapper classic pinstripe suit and cool accessories like the umbrella and bowler hat. it reminds me of René Magritte's "The Son of Man."

both of these are by amanda visell. i've been appreciating her art lately. the one on the left is from the dunny - endangered series, and the right is a dunny from series 5. the one on the right is supposed to be an elephant with two guys hitching a ride on it's head - a nice use of the dunny ears. i really like her style.
well that's it. i hope these will hold me over for a while.
