Hiking Part - I

kel ims me on april 4th and asks me if i want to go hiking with her and scott that was the beginning. we drove around trying to find a big5 that would sell the parking pass for the trail we were heading to, to no avail. it got late and we decided to try again next week, and the day ended with scott getting some nasty gum at target.

the next week (4.09.07) we decided to hike at a different park. so we setted off for eaton canyon and their waterfall.

we crossed a wash and started off at moist canyon. this path was lacking in the moist department. there weren't much greenery or water. it didn't look at nice as the one in monrovia canyon. we didn't see anyone on the trail we took.


Um... long story short we took the wrong path and ended up with a dead end.


But Scott did conquer that dead end.


And since we made it this far we decided to at least take a group picture.


And when we headed back we encountered a snake. After much debate and waiting for the snake to move along, we decided to maneuver around it.


This picture didn't fit anywhere so here is a good place as any. Doesn't the branches resemble a deer?


By the end we were pretty pissed at the trail and the unmoist Moist Canyon.

We decided to head back next week to find that waterfall.
