a while back kel and i visited the mitsuwa market on las tunas and kel suggested i try a U.F.O bowl. the way you explained the process of preparing of these intrigued me so i got a bowl.
the other i was feeling hungry with nothing to eat in the house so i decided to try out the U.F.O.
it's not your run of the mill instant noodles where you just add water. it's much more intricate than that. what you can't do is peel off the lid entirely. you'll ruin it if you, you have to save that until the end to do that.

and you can't microwave it.
so step 1 you tear the bottom half of the lid half way open, hot the water, and wait 3 minutes.

step 2 you open the other half of the lid and it reveals the other half, a waiter strainer.

then you strain the noodles

and you get this.

but it's not over yet, you still have to mix in the sauce. the yummy yummy sauce.
step 3, you mix in the the sauce. what's interesting about the packet of sauce was that the entire edge was perforated, so you don't have to look around the packet to find the little tear to open the packet.

it also came with dried seaweed topping but i just mixed it all together.

and here you have it, ready to eat.
and as kel says
itedakimasu!!!
i also picked up this bag of "mini kit cut koshian macha" kitkats

mmm... i would have one right now, but after hanging out with scott recently makes me not wanna eat this late and so close to when i sleep.
i'm also waiting to try these flavors tif got me. i'm still waiting on them to all come down so we can try it together.
