i took the advice of jev and used garlic this time for my steak. plus i tried a new marinate, but i think drowned the meat with it.
next time i'm gonna try it simple like jev said and use salt and pepper, and cut slits and stuff the meat with garlic, and maybe a little wine.
this isn't anything new, yakisoba on a bed of lettuce but with this time it's with grilled ham, and i cooked it for my mom.

Yakisoba looks good! I put tuna (or shrimps), lettuce, bell peppers and chili peppers when I make one.
